Actually, we have 1.12 quintillion gallons of accessible” drinking water underground which we could technically access, and then 25.6 quadrillion gallons that’s very easy access, and we use around 1.3 quadrillion gallons per year as a total and it rains 42 quadrillion gallons per year and currently there is 364 quintillion gallons of water as a whole on earth, meaning if it never rained for over 25 years straight and we didn’t source any water from oceans or underground we would still have enough water to survive for one more year, so 26 years with no water whatsoever coming in and we would die.
