sweat and discharge isn't this crazy biohazard these women make it out to be. a regular ol washing machine with laundry detergent is perfectly adequate to clean your clothes. you don't need to 'pre-wash' something that isn't stained or had something spilled on it. and a hand wash with detergent is also fine, everyone hand washed clothes before the machines became common place. you really dont need to do BOTH.
