We've been on the l methyl folate 5 mthf but we are trying folonic this time. i live that it picks its on pathway! So far so good! Melt downs are less and she's eating real food! This blessed my heart! 🙌🏼💙 love Triquetra!!

I’ve been using the methyfolate one & my kids have definitely been talking more to the point his therapist even said she’d never heard him talk so much. But I am interested in this since what I’m using doesn’t have this ingredient.
