Does anyone know if you can get exempt from overnights. I have diabetes and I had a phone call with occupational health nurse and I asked if u can get a exemption if you have diabetes and she said you can't get one because the nmc standard says you must know 24 hour care. I asked her if I can get an adjustment and she said that she would put a note to senior nurses they my diabetes managed. She said I can't get one even thoyghi explained it causes high blood sugars and disrupts my management of diabetes. Anyone know who I can speak to? To get an exemption 😭😭😭 cuz my friend also has an exemption and I don’t know what to do ??? any advice
