Go there about 18h, drink coffee with perfect view on Boka Bay and enjoy in Sunset 🌅 19:30 to 20:15h. Return ticket is €25 from Kotor Qable. You can come up there by car (from Kotor to Njegusi or via Cetinje from Budva), the entrance fee is 3e / per person to Lovcen National Park. The Alpine Couster is available from 12e and the fast version is 20e. But it's a 1400m mountain and it's cold in the evening, a sweatshirt is mandatory.😂
