Someone hit and ran my car at night when I was sleep and it was parked…it was totaled and when I went to get new insurance when I got a new car they said I had an at fault accident … I had to get in contact with my old insurance to get an email stating I was not at fault

I also ended up getting a lawyer, the other persons insurance tried to prolong having someone come out to check on the damages but as soon as my lawyer let them know they were on the verge of being sued they sped up the process smh

Man I was injured in mine, guy rear ended me threw me back onto the freeway luckily I ended on the shoulder. Had to take the ambulance and I wasn’t able to get any of his information. I filed on my insurance online but hired a lawyer and they did everything for me. Nazaryan law in hesperia CA def recommended! They were amazing
