My brother went through drug induced psychosis. He was in a very very bad state he did not know who we were and was talking about things beyond this universe. My hart was broken I felt like I lost my brother because that was a completely different person and personality.

Postpartum psychosis is different from any other psychosis from the fact that it waxes and wanes. People don’t know this and even professionals working in the health industry don’t know this.

Your delusions can say things like, “Don’t tell them what you’re really thinking. They’ll say you’re delusional but you’re not. Don’t let them interfere.” So you go about life whilst nobody actually knows you’re psychotic

Psychosis IS a disconnect from reality. But it’s a spectrum rather than always 100% disconnected. She very easily could be presenting as functioning normal, meanwhile she’s experiencing delusions or hallucinations.

People in the middle of psychosis don’t typically stop to call their Husbands back. Sever PN depression is a terrible thing. Her Husband also had multiple opportunities to get his children to safety

With respect, evidence of PPD and mental illness does not automatically mean she was experiencing psychosis while she was killing the children. This is what the case is about, not just PPD/mental illness. There is still a greater burden of proof IMO that needs to be demonstrated. What if she was so depressed and angry about not being taken seriously that she decided to take desperate measures? We will never know. Or she very well was experiencing PPP. Let’s see it through.

I'm so frustrated that nobody is pointing out that there's a contradictory element in the way the prosecution is trying to present the errands that she sent to Patrick on. before she sent Patrick to CVS she called the store to make sure that they had the exact medication that she was wanting for one of the children. she called and ordered their dinner and then he went on his way. if she was never intending on giving her child that medicine because she had had this premeditated plan, then why would she care if they had the appropriate medicine that she was wanting? it wouldn't have mattered to her she would have just sent him to CVS.
