she working against the federal law : they have the right for a work permit if they finished at least 1 years program in a designated college or university and pass language test (IELTS or TCF etc etc)... it has to be a designated institute and one of these programs (engineering, agriculture, education or health...) if one of these conditions is missing she's right u have to leave Canada. u wanna be back so apply for express entry procedure from outside of Canada..
