Miss the wrong stars in a cluster, and your whole picture can get skewed. The same is true for the Census. Every 5 years, Australia's Census captures a snapshot of who we are. The more complete it is, the better governments, businesses and communities can plan – from funding and parliamentary representation to schools, hospitals and transport.
