I remember being in my living room sitting on the floor and playing with my black panther Lego sets ( I had the rhino one ) and getting on my iPad and seeing on the news tab that he died. I remember running to my mom crying because how much the character ment to me. my dad introduced me to black panther and I loved the hero alot and he even took me to see the movie cilvi war and black panther and sadly that would be the last movie he would take me to see as he died a few days before chadwick passed and black panther reminded me of my dad so for days I would non stop wacth the movie because I missed my dad.

I remember doing my sophomore English project on him 5 years ago. Doing that project, there was so much I learned about him, the impact he had on people, and what he stood for both on and off screen. I know he would be proud to see the growing success of his community. He was taken from us too soon but his legacy lives on in so many people and will continue to do so for many generations. Truly a hero of our time.
