Yes the ywigs body wave is trash I experienced this with my clients it’s nothing you did. Get it from ygwigs isee hair anyone else

I feel like once the braider dip the hair in hot water it messes up the curl pattern. I could be wrong though.

I had the loose body wave and when I sent them a message about it losing the curl after the first wash, they said it was pre curled using heat and I could just curl it with a curling iron to get the curl back 🙄🙄

Try wetting it with water in a spray bottle and scrunching it with your hands. That brought the curls back for my daughter. And definitely don't use any mousse.

Same thing happened to me 😔 I got body wave for my cruise from @YWigs Official and it was trash. Once I washed the hair it lost its wave and it became very frizzy.
