![폭포수 라운지 속 애플 망고 빙수 서울 롯데호텔에 위치한 페닌슐라 라운지&바의 제주 애플망고 빙수 (92,000원)입니다. 창가 너머로 흐르는 폭포를 보며 빙수를 먹을 수 있는 곳인데요. 절대적인 가격은 높지만 올해 10만 원을 넘지는 않았는데요. 분위기와 맛 그리고 구성을 생각했을 때 호텔 망고 빙수 중에서 나름 추천드리고 싶은 곳입니다. 향이 굉장히 좋은 제주 애플망고를 사용하고요. 아래 얼음은 상큼한 망고 우유 얼음이 깔립니다. 톡톡 터지는 동그란 젤리 형태의 망고 펄과 소르베, 팥이 함께 나오는데 곁들여 먹는 조합이 좋았어요. 독특한 점으론 생크림이 올라가는데, 호불호가 갈리겠지만 재료들을 잘 섞어주는 역할을 합니다. 요청 시 구성품을 리필해 주는 점이 좋았네요. 다만 5성급 호텔의 응대를 기대한다면 다소 아쉬울 수 있습니다. This is the Jeju Apple Mango Bingsu (92,000 KRW) at the Peninsula Lounge & Bar located in Lotte Hotel Seoul. It's a place where you can enjoy bingsu (Korean shaved ice) while overlooking a waterfall flowing beyond the window. While the price may seem high, it hasn't exceeded 100,000 KRW this year. Considering the ambiance, taste, and presentation, this is a place I would recommend for hotel mango bingsu. They use Premium apple mango, known for its delightful fragrance. The base is made of refreshing mango milk ice. It's accompanied by round jelly-like mango pearls, sorbet, and red beans, creating a delightful combination. A unique touch is the addition of whipped cream, which may divide opinions, but it blends the ingredients well. It's also nice that they offer refills upon request. However, if you expect the service of a 5-star hotel, you might find it somewhat lacking.
