I'd leave it white because otherwise your toilet is going to be the only white thing and it'll stand out like a glowing white toilet

I would microcement it, it looks quite large. There’s a girl on here Rose Nelson and she did a bathroom renovation and used an ABI basin Nelios Concrete Pedestal Basin (very pricey) it looks amazing, it sits flush in the corner and is the same colour as the microcement walls.

I feel like it’s too big for the space, the colour isn’t the problem, it’s the shape and dimension in relation to the room.

Leave it white because then the inside of the sink will either deteriorate or will be white I think it’s fine with the toilet.

Leave it white. If it blended into the wall and floor it would look too much. Atlesst the toilet won’t stand out aswell. You could add white accessories to tie everything together

I think microcement it because it looks kinda too big and the matt white vs gloss white of the toilet would annoy me. It will receed a bit if it's the same as the walls/floor so may look smaller
