The moderator must not mix issues. KIU not charging while MUK charging have their merits. MUK charging is justifiable ro manage space and congestion. MUK is surrounded by alot of traffic. KIU has bigger issues that u need to bring to light. We who studied at MUK r ok with it.

Its a correct idea to collect parking fees to avoid unnecessary parking by any body. However, the institution should be able to declare their earnings in their account statements.
