It would be upsetting for sure but how can a grown adult have almost zero self control? And logically, what’s the point of screaming like that? It’s certainly not going to improve your situation and has the potential to make it much worse.

Yeah I've had this situation happen before, everyone talked and stayed calm and sorted it out abd got it corrected and went about their day, no big deal 😂
