I saw her post and sped here to meet her but it's already past the deadline and all extension requests have been denied. As I type this, Chata is resting her head and paws on my knee. We only just met but she's treating me like we've known each other for lifetimes. She's a big girl at 68 pounds but should probably be closer to 60. She's the laziest, gentlest, oldest soul l've met in a really long time and I hope someone falls in love with her quickly. I'm sorry to give such short notice but she's so good and deserves to be seen regardless of the outcome. Fosters must be local and the shelter cannot assist with out of state offers. You can adopt being from anywhere but must be at the shelter physically to do so. Pledges and donations toward rescue are appreciated!
