Ciara, how old were you when you first found out endo could be a possibility. Have you always had the pain and have your doctors believed you. I’m 16 and I’ve been experiencing this excruciating pain ever since I was 13 where the cramps get so bad I can’t breathe or move. Luckily my doctor does believe me and she’s helped me with so many other health issues but I’m booked in for an ultrasound. I’m just so scared because I know my pain isn’t normal but I don’t want to end up getting a laparoscopy. Xx (also your doing so amazing)

i can’t tell the difference with period pain and period endo pain like i have painful cramps but i can still do things and on the bc been on it for a while now.

me too it’s a struggle ❤️ive found that starting the gym has helped me in so many ways. still struggle but it’s definitely improved my flare ups.
