Nano hydroxyapatite over fluoride. It rebuilds the enamel surface instead of just hardening what’s left, and there’s no warning label if a kid swallows it. Magnesium isn’t one thing. There are over seven forms and they all do different jobs. Glycinate for sleep, citrate for the bathroom, threonate for the brain. Most people grabbed oxide off the shelf and absorbed almost none of it. I use one that has all seven forms in a single scoop so you’re not guessing which one you needed. Creatine is for your brain too. Your brain burns the same energy currency the rest of you does, and it’s the organ that runs out first on bad sleep. Mine has GAA in it, which is the building block your body uses to make creatine on its own, so you’re feeding both sides of it. Most of what people call anxiety is a cortisol pattern nobody looked at. Cortisol is supposed to peak in the morning and taper off at night. When that curve flips you get wired at 11pm, flattened at 3pm, and a racing heart with nothing behind it. Worth actually checking before you assume that’s just who you are now. Astaxanthin is the most underrated thing in the aisle. It’s the pigment that makes salmon pink and one of the strongest antioxidants we’ve got. Skin, eyes, recovery. D3 needs K2. D3 pulls calcium in, K2 tells it where to go. Taking D3 by itself is half a plan. Ibuprofen dosing is backwards. A real dose spaced further apart beats a tiny one every four hours, because a small dose never gets you above the level where it actually does anything.
