Don’t forget the sunglasses that trick your body to think it is in the shade leaving your pupils dilated - bright sunlight constricts the pupils & triggers our skin to produce melanin -so we tan & we also absorb vitamin D

This summer I gave up on sunscreen. Unless the UV index is 9-10 I haven’t worn it neither have my kids. My oldest has not gotten sunburnt once. My youngest got mildly sunburned once. Aloe cleared it up in 48 hours. I’ve had two sunburns. For reference we are outside on the time.

ive always said this to friends and family rubbing chemicals into your skin then allowing the sun to melt and burn those chemicals deeper into your skin cant be a good thing

Yes because it makes people think they’re safe to be out in the sun for longer and they don’t reapply as often as they should. It’s not some big conspiracy, the cream itself isn’t causing cancer
