@ngadaattorneys: State Advocate Drushantha Ramsamy told the Madlanga Commission that she repeatedly raised concerns about how the Mokwele and Leshaba investigations were being handled within IDAC. Ramsamy testified that she approached senior officials with documentation supporting her concerns and later informed a DPCI officer that former IDAC head Adv. Andrea Johnson had allegedly misled Parliament's ad hoc committee. She further claimed he waited until a new National Director of Public Prosecutions was appointed before reporting the matter because she believed no action would have been taken previously.
