As a tile guy no one wants to pay for level floors anymore. People only care about stubbing their toes with lippage. I tell people what it would cost to level their floors properly they laugh at me. They don’t realize the costs associated with the extra time and material. Am I saying that’s right? No but if someone tells me just follow the substrate then I do as they say. Same goes for a contractor.

no house will ever be 100% perfect just like concrete and many other things but a lot of the stuff i see from him is just things left out from pure laziness is the sad thing
