@annabowkis: If you’re looking for one of the most peaceful mountain escapes in Oman… this might just be it. Perched high in Jabal Akhdar, Hotel Indigo feels like a world away from the busy cities. The views here are incredible, with dramatic canyons stretching as far as the eye can see. One of my favourite spots was the infinity pool, where it feels like you’re swimming right into the mountains. And after a day of exploring, the spa was exactly what I needed. The traditional hammam was the perfect way to slow down and completely switch off. As the sun began to set, I wrapped up the day with a hot chocolate overlooking the mountains… and honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better ending. Save this If you’re planning a trip to Oman 👉 You must travel the final stretch in a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to local regulations.
