That is why the Scriptures remind us in Psalm 126:5: "Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy." So keep being kind just don’t keep investing where there is no willingness to grow. Protect your heart. Protect your energy. Not everyone deserves unlimited access to your goodness. The strongest people are not those who hold on forever; they are the ones who know when to let go. Never confuse persistence with wisdom. Sometimes wisdom simply says, "This season is over." If you are the only one watering a plant, don't be surprised when you are the only one waiting for it to bloom. Know when to stop chasing. Know when to stop forcing.
