this happened a while ago. I work at Costco and they launched a whole campaign of employee satisfaction, we had meetings and surveys for months. They do not want that to happen again

Old news. Happened a couple of years ago. Since Jim Sinegal stepped down, the company's culture has decided. They are anti union, and mostly care about #5 on their mission statement.

Good pay and good benefits doesn’t always mean great place to work. If they unionized there must have been a big reason at that specific warehouse for it to happen
