I want to know had he only shot her once, and she lived, would she too have been charged with the fact that she put an infant in an oven? or pleaded out with insanity and just be institutionalized? given a special treatment under "special circumstances". sort of like the "special circumstances" a husband faces when the woman he created 3 children with is putting them in an oven and chasing them with a knife..

Is the baby still in the oven during all this?!?!?!?!? Is the baby ok?!?!? And he DID NOT deserve to be charged!!!! He shot the woman he loved to protect his poor children! They can SAY the first shot incapacitated her but anyone that has seen someone in the middle of a psychotic break (or drugs or anything) can tell em being shot in the stomach may not stop them. They may not even NOTICE that shot! She still could have been coming after them.
