He came into the shelter as a stray and, like so many dogs in overcrowded kennels, developed an upper respiratory infection. He’s had coughing, sneezing, and nasal discharge—but he’s remained bright, alert, eating and drinking normally through it all. He’s on meds and under observation. But none of that matters when the shelter is full. Now this sweet, friendly, wiggly puppy is scheduled for euthanasia tomorrow at 2 PM. Champ should be learning how to play, growing up in a home, and getting all the love and guidance puppies need—not losing his life behind shelter walls because he got sick in a crowded building. 💔 Please don’t let Champ’s story end here.
