@focusgesundheit: „Mein Blutbild ist normal – warum bin ich dann so erschöpft?“ Diese Frage hört Dr. Markus Czornik @Doc Czo, Teil des Expertenpanels von FOCUS-Gesundheit, häufig. Denn Beschwerden können schon auftreten, bevor eine Blutarmut im Labor eindeutig sichtbar wird und das Hämoglobin im Normbereich liegt. Hämoglobin ist für den Sauerstofftransport verantwortlich. Und den versucht der Körper bestmöglich aufrecht zu erhalten. Dafür spart er an anderen Prozessen – und das kann zu Symptomen wie Abgeschlagenheit, Haarausfall, Reizbarkeit oder Erschöpfung führen. Neben dem Hämoglobin sollten also auch andere Werte überprüft werden – zum Beispiel das Ferritin (Eisenspeicher), die Transferrinsättigung und Entzündungswerte wie CRP, denn Entzündungen können das Ferritin beeinflussen. Ja aber wenn man mit solchen Infos beim Arzt ankommt ist der angepisst weil er sich mit seinem Ärzteego angegriffen fühlt. Also was macht man damit wenn es kaum gescheite Ärzte gibt? Sollte mehr solcher Videos geben die sich gezielt an Ärzte richten

wenn die Ärzte ab und zu zusammen mit den "Normwerten" auch die Symptome der Patienten berücksichtigen würden wäre schon vielen geholfen. Normwerte sollte. doch nur ein Wegweiser sein, aber bedeutet doch nicht dass dann automatisch alles ok ist. Leider immer wieder erlebt
