People kept saying she was warned, but she wasn't, another creator did a video on it. All she saw was that her dad and Tenzin didn't like him and they didn't explain why. Neither of them told her not to trust him, and her lack of social skills due to growing up isolated aren't going to help her pick up subtle cues on whether or not someone, especially her uncle can be trusted.

I will always stand on the fact that Korra never went to other place to learn like a traditional avatar (not her fault thats the white lotus doing) was her downfall. I feel like it left her very uncultured to the other parts of the world, made her ignorant to how some people function for mad motives, and made her act like a bad ass little kid when she got to republic city cus she finally got a lick of freedom
