I fly frontier all the time and have had no problems. Seats are uncomfortable but other than that it’s not a bad airline

Frontier is not a terrible Airline it is an ultra low cost carrier and you get what you pay for on an ultra low-cost carrier people that complain complain because they're not getting the same bells and whistles and Frills they get with the higher price airlines. Again, you get what you pay for

Frontier is great and I use them all the time. Just never a flight over 3 hours and has to be direct.

I had to fly it once, only direct option, and yeah, like seats are uncomfortable but it’s dirt cheap and no frills. If you want to get from point A to B and don’t care about “extras” - they are good. Would I do it if I had a more comfortable option, no, but if I were in a position to need to save money or something, wouldn’t complain about it either.
