This is so real! I’m almost 8 months post op and after exertion or driving (especially if in traffic) my knee hurts! I had my physio appointment today and they think I need the hardware removing as they think that’s what’s causing the shin pain swelling ect, I’m still having to use a crutch sometimes when it hurts more.. got a surgeon appointment next month to see if I need the surgery 🤦♀️I’ve also been told to reduce my exercises and haven’t got a follow up physio appointment until I’ve spoken to the surgeon I know everyone’s journey is different but I feel like I keep backtracking 😭 x
