I just got a switch 2 with xenoblade chronicles x I also got like 9 other games coming and I cancelled most of my ps5 pre orders except 2 trails games and blue reflection quartet only because i have already paid

You don’t set a time limit on a boycott. Sony will not even blink at this. Also picking a week where the biggest release is the MGS4 remaster shows how performative it is. If they were being serious they would do it the week Wolverine or GTA launches, but they won’t because then it would affect them playing games they want to. I’m 100% against Sony ending physical disks btw

Yeah its a blip, it seems more symbolic than anything. A week is a rounding error. If they want to do a boycott its got to be a full fiscal quarter, it has to be a financial effect thats noticeable by shareholders, because lets be honest, its their opinion and money that actually matters.

@police action:What makes no sense either is that their idea of boycott is to just not play their games for a week like how is that gonna affect Sony in any way shape or form, you already gave them your money for the games and the consoles so how is a small portion of gamers going on vacation for a week going to hurt them??? I don't agree with what PS is doing at all with killing physical media but I just can't help but laugh at these people by how they really think they are gonna do major harm to the multi billion dollar corporation!😂
