Why am I renewing after 30 years? 😂 At that point, the kids are all grown. When you pay for your car insurance and you don't get into any accidents during the period, do you get cash value? The premium was paid to indemnify yourself from an accident.

As a life insurance agent, I try to educate my community and followers about this stuff (in French 😅). Guess who are my haters? 😏 MY FELLOW COLLEAGUES 😂😂😂. Meanwhile, I think Life and Perm insurance have their place but more than often, 99% of time, people don’t need and can’t afford Perm. Truth to be told, you don’t get rich and will never get rich with life insurance. Its main purpose is “income replacement” for our dependents FULL STOP

From what I understand with this whole life insurance thing. if you don’t have enough money to pay premiums in IUL, do term and if you’re very patient enough to see your cash value accumulate in IUL, and you have enough income, go for it. Do yourself a favor by doing your research and also knowing what you want.

also if the term expires after 30 years , say you're 65 -70 years of your dependents are not old enough, settled enough to take care of expenses in your passing, I dont know for you. Funeral expenses should not cripple your family. and like he said you should have invested that extra money.

That's simply not true. Educate yourself before making those claims. Immigrants and minorities are still underrepresented in this business, do the math. Now show me an illustration where "buy term and invest the rest" consistently beats a properly designed IUL, especially if people actually invest the difference. The reality is, many never do. Compare both with real illustrations, not just theory.
