It’s a good idea but it will make more sense if no one gets the house until you’ve bought houses for everyone. The houses you buy each month you rent them out and put that money on the same trust that you are putting those 3.5. The process is gonna be much quicker even

Great idea, but too much risk. Sad thing is people who are already wealthy can do it and rent the houses back to people who can’t afford bonds which eventually starts over the problem which the people who can’t afford bonds were trying to solve.
