he has a point , because imagine having a concert and seeing people not looking happy at all, not vibing, just taking photos, don't looks like their having fun, even though your trying ur hardest to make it as enjoyable as you can for everyone, like think about it they sweat and tire themselves for our sake so its truly understandable to be feeling upset about things like this, overall he just wants everyone to enjoy themselves, seeing people looking miserable at their concerts even drains him, thye work so hard to make everyone happy so the most we can do is give the same energy back

i could totally relate with him, i danced a lot on stage during my college years and when there is no energy from the floor, its hard for me to perform also, my whole groups energy gets low. I know some engenes might get offended but I hope you all can see that niki just wants everyone to enjoy and it also means that they worked very hard to bring this concert for us, and its important for us engenes to put the same energy like they do. He totally understands if engenes are tired but he just wants us to enjoy with them
