The way we still love Samora Machel in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 to this day!! So many songs were sung about him when he died. And on the day he died, our national newspaper The Herald had a second evening print, something that was never done before or after that day. You cannot speak about Zimbabwean independence without Samora and Mozambique. Long Live Comrade Machel!!✊🏾

This is one of my favorite speeches ever by a Pan-Africanist! If possible, do similar analysis where further in the speech, he talks about being colonized by different colonial powers, I find it interesting in dissecting mental neocolonialism!
