I have quite a few cron jobs, email a subby when a job requires a service visit date, chase them for a report when the job is done, send reports out. There are so many and they are so useful.

An automation is not always related to a (time determined) cron job. It can start in response to a « web hook » for example. anyway thanks for your smart content.
