Try coconut cult for the bathroom! All those pain meds will do that but they sell it at sprouts! Taste a little funky but it does the trick

I’m 5 months PO. It can take up to 1-2 years to recover. I’m still numb. I only had one drain til 6 weeks PO. I had help to get in and out of bed for almost 2 months. My doctor was extremely strict. Don’t try to do too much, that way necrosis doesn’t form. Prayers are with you. 🙏🏻💕

Take arnica it’s helps with soreness, inflammation and it’s helps you not having to take much of your pain meds.

You know what would help relieve some back pain after my tummy tuck .. I would stand up by the side of my bed and rest my hands on the bed and rock my hips side to side like leaned over.. you know that position ladies do when in labor to relieve pain? Lol and my husband would massage my lower back at the same time

girl i had the same surgery a few years ago - BEST thing you can do, in a few days go get a blow out. Trust me when I tell you - my ex refused to help me wash my hair and I had to go a full two weeks, the wash and blow out will help the overall mood
