literally this has always been my dream and a little farm like men are so much effort I have no problem being by myself I would get married if I genuinely love the other individual but I have no real desire otherwise but I feel guilty adopting a kid without a second parent involved because I have the most amazing father ever and I feel everyone deserves that so Im torn

Adoption can be a scary thing as well. I had a neighbor who adopted a child with her husband. Her husband passed and the child eventually became an adult and left and never spoke to her again. The woman never spoke ill about that child. She loved her so much and accepted her choice to be free and do whatever she pleased. That lady was all alone and took so much care of me bc she yearned for her child back.
