hi I had a meniscus grade 1 lateral tear i being doing physio for about 3 months now pain is gone swelling aswell ...could I get back to playing soccer or do I need more time to heal ?

@Caleb_F:I got injured at football my knee popped really loud it hurt alot like I was s reaming but about after 10 minutes I could walk but my knee felt very unstable now its been about 2 weeks I csn run a little bit my knee cracks a lot and doesnt hurt unless I bend it to much

What if it’s the lateral side of your knee which is the outer can’t it be a lateral meniscus tear ? Doesn’t always mean a meniscus tear is medial

I fell in May these year, from the stairs. At hospital they said it's arthritis. Then.wnet to another Dr who suspected meniscus tear, my appointment it's only in October
