Try Aveda shampoo and also use their rosemary rinse and remove it with cold water. A blunt length hair cut, meaning don't do too many layers. It will make a very noticeable difference.

idk why this popped up on my feed. lmfao I'm literally bald. However my ex had similar hair and would put some kinda powder in it (I want to say it's leave in conditioner). She would leave the powder in it though until her next wash day.

my toddler daughter has the same fine slightly-wavy hair type and she had this problem at age 1 until i started brushing it consistently, FULLY, after every bath (every day). once her hair was consistently brushed out, all the hair started to behave a lot better

try "not your mother's" products. don't shampoo too much. shampoo only every other shower. I'm a dude, but my hair has been a huge part of my experience, without my current routine, it looks stringy and frizzy.

if you mean how it’s thin/sparse at the mids and ends i would rlly recommend just chopping that part and regrowing it with better hair care. if you’re talking about the frizz, that’s just ur hair texture (my hair usually frizzes 3x the original size it’s insane) but using oils and mousse can help!
