I had high settings 60 70 fps before the update now 30 40 on high so i tried normal and it was 60 but when i press brakes idk why but fps goes to 15😂 any help?

my pc on 0.38 on vulkan is getting like 55 max 70fps on high settings with traffic. on high to ultra in 0.39 I'm getting like 80+ with same traffic settings. I don't know why everyone is complaining
