My dad used to make electric motors when he was younger at Westinghouse. If you take that electric motor apart, clean it, there’s usually bushings not bearings in those electric motors. Oil it with a good synthetic oil put it back in. You’ll get a lot more life out of it.

Seen lot of your videos. Great. But, please get some spray air in a can. Or little hand blower. Changed my capacitor recently. So many cob webs and debris. Air in a can before I started was so much better to work on. Just a thought.

You're a good tech. I worked HVAC in the 80's and 90's. You definitely have your customers best interest at heart. I would have done everything you did. Including changing out the fan the motor. I use to get the homeowner out there and explain it to them and they always took my suggestions and thanked me later. You're saving them the agrirvation of another useless outtage and service call by changing out the fan motor now. Great job young man!
