Doesn’t sound like a “cold” call. That was a warm lead. This was a great made up roleplay, but it’s the sales call to Brenda that helped and someone quitting, which in reality how often do you uncover that? She did have a great tone and confidence though. The recipe was right. Named challenges and asked for the next step.

What if your calling and don’t have a third party story and have no info on them. Don’t know what competitior they are and you don’t have a cell phone like your calling a business line. Makes it wayyy harder.
