Running a restaurant is a business. You gotta keep the place clean and the food safe. If you don’t, the govt. might shut it down and you lose customers. “Watch this”. Owning rental housing is also a business. If you can’t keep it in a livable manner, then you’ll lose it. Landlords don’t have the right to guaranteed profits.
