As a therapist with a criminology background, We like to call it “emotional script reading” . They are talking to you about something, but not feeling a single word they are sharing. They know the right words to use, but can’t feel them.

the worst part was jailing him without hearing his story well at 13 some children face depression because of the same perspective. if he had received a professional canceling and giving him a social ground where he's recognized and bonded well with others because from all the clips added you can tell that he didn't have friends at all
