can be block air filter, intercooler or the turbo it self but there the turbo sounds oky, remove the pipe and check if air is coming from the inlet

está malo el turbo y como no empuja aire odbio que tiene que chuparla porque esos aros que tiene la manguera de acero son para cuando el turbo manda aire a presión no se explote en este caso está invertido el sistema por falta de presión
