@glutenfreeeeats: how to make my ⚠️⚠️DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS DATE BARS⚠️⚠️ if there's any ONE recipe you try of mine - make it this one. you won't regret it!!!! 🤩🔥 ingredients: •375g pitted dates •3/4 cup water •1 cup softened butter •3/4 cup brown sugar •1 Tbsp vanilla •1 tsp salt •1 1/2 cups rolled oats •1 1/4 cups AP flour (i used @ebansbakehouse gluten-free flour blend!) •1 tsp baking powder •1 tsp baking soda Directions: •measure out 375g of PITTED dates, if your dates have pits, remove these before measuring! •roughly chop dates. •add chopped dates and water to a pot on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until a paste forms. •cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. •add all dry ingredients to a separate bowl. •slowly incorporate dry ingredients to butter and sugar until cookie dough is formed. •once dough and date paste are done, preheat oven to 350F. •grease a baking dish (i used 9x9) •add 2/3 of cookie dough to greased dish and spread to the edges. •add date paste on top and spread evenly. •add the remaining 1/3 of cookie dough on top in small globs and spread out as best as possible. •bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. •let cool for at least 20 munutes. •ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 💘 #datebars #dates #bakingtutorial #EasyRecipe #glutenfreeeats
