🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Well it only works if you are using AI to scan your resumes. You want old school resumes, you may need to the quals the old fashion way.. My agency doesn't use AI..I physically read every single resume.

I mean I hate to sound too old school but I think ai needs to be taken entirely out of the picture for hiring. It’s becoming a legal nightmare and it’s clearly not actually doing its job.

I work in nonprofit specifically women’s advocacy. There is a director position that was paying six figures open, the hiring team got thousands of applications and they actually read through all of them. That’s why it took a few months to hire someone. I don’t understand why they think they don’t have to actually look at people’s applications. It’s not hard. It’s just tedious.
