Currently on 4dp3dt double embryo transfer (frozen embryo transfer)..scared and nervous..the two week wait is hardest part😔

For me it was the shots. 3 a day, 11 days straight, needles for bloodwork... It was exhausting doing it everynight and not being able to go out to do them at the right place and time.

The waiting is brutal our FET was almost canceled 3x, but thankfully my body showed up and started doing what it needed too. Our FET is Tuesday and I feel like that will be the worst for me just waiting to see if our baby stuck.

100% agree, we let it convince us we needed to put our lives on hold for years (8 years) but have two miracles now. Good luck with your journey 🫶🏽

For me the worst was when something didn’t work out and you had to wait an entire month to go to the next step. I did modified natural frozen embryo transfers and had 6 canceled cycles before ever getting to FET

Did a lot of preparation. 3 months of IV lupron for endo, weekly acupuncture 4 months prior to FET, 4aa graded embryo, drank beetroot and pomegranate everyday, with turmeric and ginger and lemon in between , still failed.
