so I think the reason why they added these two vehicles and mainly the decommissioned police cars is to reference Fox Valley Mountain police department which in the update they say has been retired and these police cars are you guessed it retired or decommissioned vehicle vehicles these could be decommissioned police cars from the Fox Mountain Police Department that were added as either a reference or the last piece of history we have
